Merry Christmas

It was my first Christmas! I got all this cool, colorful paper to play with. I also got some toys (mostly educational, though).


I also went to the Bay Area to see Grandma and Grandpa! They were very happy to see me, and I think they'll come back down to visit me again soon. Right? :)


I made a new friend as well! Hayden lives with Uncle Shanahan and Auntie Lisa, and he has a super cool bib. I tried to take it, but it wouldn't come off. Auntie Katherine is holding me in the picture, and I think she likes me! Hopefully, that diaper episode won't scare her off...

Teething!

I've got my first tooth! Grandma helped find it. It's just a little nubby so far, but I think it means I'm ready for real food! (Mommy and Daddy disagree; they won't feed me food until I'm 6 months old. But I think Mommy's starting to have second thoughts, especially since my tooth is pretty sharp...) Since I have a tooth, I've been practicing chewing on things!

Julian

We went to Julian for the weekend. It's a little town near San Diego with really good apple pumpkin pie. Of course, I didn't get any. But it was still pretty fun. Here's me and Mommy:


And here's Daddy playing with my feet. We only got 3 channels on the TV, so he had to make do with what he could find.


It was cold there -- it snowed a bit. But I stayed warm! Ah-Ma and Ah-Gong got me a cute froggy jacket, and Auntie Katherine and Uncle Jeff got me a Bundle Me that's like a sleeping bag. The only problem was that I was so bundled up, people couldn't see me! They thought that Mommy was just pushing around a stuffed animal! Crazy lady.


I slept in my bassinet that I first used when I was just born. It's the last time I'm going to use it though; can you guess why?
